Package Your Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for processing.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
